Ans: Yes, on travel agent’s request we can charge the guest directly, keeping your commission in mind.

Ans: Yes, But the minimum time require is 01 Hr for any vehicle to reach the said destination.

Ans: Yes, we have emergency backup, it takes half an hour to replace the vehicle.

Ans: Vehicle is not more than 3yrs old, all our vehicle are third party insured, where customer is safe if any accident occur.

Ans: Yes. Our service is guaranteed, if the customer feels that vehicle is not good, we replace the vehicle from our near garage immediately.

Ans: Yes, we provide AC coaches and luxury vans in various cities of India.

Ans: If it is within the KM limit we don’t charge and if it exceeds then we charge.

Ans: Yes. All Our tourist vehicles and Hold all India Permit.

Q.18. What if the booking is cancelled at last minute?

Ans: Cancellation charges applicable as per the terms and conditions.

Q.20. how do you manage during natural calamities or accidents?

Ans: We request the guest to wait at our nearest office located till the time things get settle.
